Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
 • In the same condition you received it
 • Unworn / unused
 • With tags attached
 • In its original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at: returns@lowkeyloud.in

If your return request is accepted, we will email you:
 • A return shipping label, and
 • Instructions on how and where to send the package.

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail / courier pickup.
You will need to print and attach the return label on the package before handing it to the courier. Printing the label is the customer’s responsibility.

✅ Return Shipping Cost: We will cover the return shipping cost for all approved returns.
🚫 Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received (48 Hours)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned, such as:
 • Custom / made-to-order products (special orders or personalized items)
 • Gift cards
 • Sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your product, and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:
 • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method
 • Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
 • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
